Bear Creek and its 379-acre preserve have their own riparian forests, fishing, wetlands, ponds, and healthy wildlife which has big wildlife encounter opportunities. The trail connections give awesome opportunities for biking and strolling along the picturesque view going toward Denver or Bear Creek Lake Park and the foothills beyond.

Immersed in the natural surroundings of the Bear Creek Greenbelt, Lakewood, Colorado presents the Stone House areas present a polished green oasis. Reservations can be made via a telephone call, and must be paid with either MasterCard, Visa, or Discover just contact this number 303-987-7800 or go to them in person during Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at 480 S. Allison Parkway in the Community Resources Department front desk which can be found in the second floor. All rentals must be created on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fees
The rental fee is $60 per hour at least a four-hour minimum rental stay is required during the week and eight hours Fridays-Sundays and holidays. Please review the rate schedule below. The damage collateral is doubled if an alcohol permit is obtained.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made two or more weeks prior to the visit it will be forfeited as a service charge in the amount of $20. No refunds will be made for cancellations that are settled in less than two weeks prior to a scheduled event.
